Every week, there will be original interviews of famous, world-class chefs.
How did they end up in the food industry? Topics include: episodes during their early age, how they opened their own restaurant, their ideas on restaurant management and passion for food.
You can learn the story of chefs with Michelin stars or with France’s M.O.F title. You might enjoy going to eat at the restaurant of the chefs featured in the interview.
